Gannon MakerSpace was excited to participate in Manufacturing Day 2026 and connect with more than 2,000 students, manufacturers, businesses, and community members from across the region.

Throughout the event, the MakerSpace team introduced students to advanced manufacturing through conversations and hands-on demonstrations. Manufacturing Day gave us the opportunity to share not only what modern manufacturing can look like, but also how Gannon MakerSpace supports innovation and product development right here in Erie, Pennsylvania.

At Gannon MakerSpace, our mission is to help turn ideas into real products and solutions. We work with businesses, nonprofits, organizations, and individuals throughout Erie and the surrounding region on projects of different sizes and stages.

Our services include 3D printing, prototyping, laser cutting and engraving, fabrication, custom product development, and production services. Whether you need help creating an early prototype, producing custom items for your organization, or moving toward larger-scale manufacturing, the MakerSpace team can work with you to explore the best way to bring your idea to life.

Participating in Manufacturing Day is especially meaningful to us because it reflects what MakerSpace is all about. Connecting people with manufacturing, technology, creativity, and the resources needed to make new ideas possible. We are proud to support the Erie community while helping students discover future opportunities and giving local organizations access to manufacturing and fabrication resources.
