The Gannon MakerSpace hosted its inaugural Combat Robotics 2026 competition, bringing together talented student teams for an exciting night of engineering and innovation. This event marked another step forward in building a strong engineering culture within the MakerSpace and the broader Erie community.

MakerSpace welcomed Girl Scout Troop #46822 on April 18th for a hands-on engineering experience in collaboration with Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania and the Gannon University Society of Women Engineers. From exploring our facilities to creating and experimenting, the visit showcased how MakerSpace empowers the next generation through innovation and real world learning.
